!!!! tw mentions of ed's, abuse, & suicide !!!!!!! The pjsk fandom is certainly odd and the game itself definitely doesn't have the cleanest track record, but one of my favorite things about pjsk is how much representation there is, and how well they accurately portrayed things such as bullying, ED's, suicide ideation, neglect, chronic illnesses, emotional abuse, etc. And they wrote each character's problems and backstories so well, it's why I hate it when people clown on the stories. Even when multiple characters deal with the same hardships, pjsk wrote each character so they coped with their problems in different ways; Rui and Mizuki both got bullied, and Rui learned to move on so he could be happy while Mizuki actively continues to keep everyone at an arms length. Ena, Akito, Emu and Tsukasa are all the products of neglect by their families and cope in different ways. (Exp; Tsukasa and Emu chose to bottle up their feelings and put on masks of happiness while Ena and Akito are both prone to outlashes of anger due to it.) Toya and Mafuyu were both forced to peruse paths that their parents chose for them and only with the help of their friends were they able to break free from those expectations placed on them by their families, the only difference being that Toya learned to peruse what he wanted to do early on in life while Mafuyu didn't. Haruka and Kanade both have eating disorders, while Haruka's is a result of the toxic standards in the idol industry while Kanade's is the result of her prioritizing her work over her well-being. I think the pjsk stories are so well written and accurately shed light on more sore subjects in a way other media wasn't able too

I just finished a custom profile for the mmj event with the premise of their home screens but poly mmj, and i couldn't help but make a few hcs so here they are!

Minori used to have a haruka wallpaper but shiho made fun of her (lovingly) so she changed to a photo of her (but now that the four are dating her main wallpaper is all four of them on a date), also she loves kaomoji

Haruka's is super basic but i hc she loves classic text emoticons like :) or ;-; and etc

Airi's is super cute but she never let anyone see her phone because of that, also she is an absolute softie to her lovers

Lastly shizuku's still has the default wallpaper and the contact names are the ones the people themselves put cuz shizuku doesn't know how to add numbers to her phone

Huh... It's literally the first 10 pull...

I just read a mmj event story (Hear me! Hopeful Show ♪) and while I don't have anything to say about the event itself (Minori my beloved, keep growing motto motto) I have some ponderations:

1 - Minoharu section. We always talk about Minori being gay af for Haruka and ok that's basically canon but OMG HARUKA

I SWEAR I couldn't print every moment she simped for Minori because there were TOO MANY but GIRL--

I swear she fell even harder for Minori it's just that Minori's more vocal about it, I love my minoharu <3

2 - Seriously. HOW do they decide who's gonna be the 4 stars and everything??? Because I swear every single event I read has a card distribution I don't agree with

Who decided to give my girl Airi the 2★ treatment????? Also Shizuku as a 4★ while Luka gets 3★ is just unfair smh

ANYWAYS mmj I'm coming for you I'm gonna read all of your stories and become obsessed with you too just you wait (they already got points w me for this story. love you Minori and Haruka's a sweetheart (I already loved Airi and Shizuku though I think I love them more now)
